　　Employees with collective household registration, children adopted from welfare houses, individuals who serve their sentences outside prison, and students with collective household registration shall claim their incity transfer at the certificate issuing center (or police substation) of the domicile public security subbureau. Other residents of Guangzhou''s 10 districts who match the following cases are entitled to going through one-stop formalities of moving-out or moving-in at the public security subbureau at the new locality:

 

(1)     In the case of marriage in which he or she wishes to transfer the registered residence to the locality of his or her spouse;

 

(2) In the case of dwelling place alteration (including house of legitimate purchase, house of bestowal, self-built house and house of welfare allotment) in which he or she wishes to transfer the registered residence to the locality of the new house;

 

(3) In the case of reunion with lineal relatives (parents, husband and wife, off-springs) in which he or she wishes to transfer the registered residence to the locality of his or her lineal relatives (including ''agricultural household registration to agricultural household registration'' transfer);

 

(4) In the case of divorce, realization on the house in Guangzhou or legitimate resumption of the original house by the owner in which he or she wishes to transfer the registered residence to the locality of his or her relatives or friends.

 

　　Exception: In the case of any mistake in household register or coincident ID numbers, you are supposed to first go to the certificate issuing center (or police substation) of the domicile public security subbureau for examination and modification before going through the one-stop formalities of moving-out or moving-in at the public security subbureau at the new locality.

 

 

　　Individuals who meet the requirements for one-stop transfer of urban registered permanent residence shall provide his or her own household registration book and ID card as well as the household registration book of the person or family he or she wishes to join. Other related documents are required as follows:

 

(1) In the case of marriage, marriage license is required;

 

(2) In the case of dwelling place alteration, real property certificate or welfare allotment house certificate is required;

 

(3) In the case of reunion with lineal relatives, certificate on lineal relationship is required;

 

(4) In the case of divorce, realization on the house in Guangzhou or legitimate resumption of the original house by the owner, divorce certificate, related documents on house realization or legitimate resumption of the original house by the owner shall be submitted respectively, plus the moving-in endorsement by the householder.

 

 

(1)     With all required documents, individuals who meet the qualifications for one-stop transfer of urban registered permanent residence are entitled to going through one-stop formalities of moving-out or moving-in at the public security subbureau at the new locality. In the case of all household transfer, the original household registration book shall be submitted to the certificate issuing center of the public security subbureau (or police substation) at the new locality.

 

(2)     In the case of the moving-out householder, the applicant is supposed to fill out HOUSEHOLDER ALTERATION REGISTRATION FORM to confirm a new householder of the original household registration book and define the relationships between the new householder and the other members. The public security subbureau (or police substation) at the new locality then shall accordingly make amendments in the householder or householder relationship column of the original household registration book.

 

(3) In the case of incity ‘agricultural household registration to agricultural household registration’ transfer in the 10 districts of Guangzhou, the applicant is supposed to provide all required documents, plus the moving-in endorsement by the village committee of the new locality before going through the certificate issuing center of the public security subbureau (or police substation) at the new locality.

 

(4) In the case that the householder moves out together with his or her lineal relatives, the non-lineal members of the household are supposed to move out in the meantime.
